Why did auto renewal not cancel?

  I tried to not renew and the option was not available except for my domain. Why? I did not want want to renew the “no ads” and “custom design”

  It looks like you only disabled auto-renew on the Domain Mapping, but I have canceled and refunded the other two renewals for you.
