Why did my domain renew a month early?

    I received notice that this domain name (MORGANFORROUNDROCK.COM – Mar. 16, 2015) would expire March 16, 2015. Yet it auto-renewed on February 15, 2015. A whole month early. I set up the site for a client who will be responsible for paying for the upgrade if he desires. I have been in contact with him to do this, but we didn’t get the chance. Please refund my $99. I will get him to pay for the upgrade prior to the March 16 expiry date. Thank you.

    We auto renew domains 30 days before their expiration date. Why? Since letting a domain expire means you may not be able to get it back in the future, we want to ensure that everything is taken care of in advance. We do send out notification emails before charging your card, as we try not to surprise anyone.
