Why did URL change to WPCOMstaging.com

    I recently tried to access my site https://kreato.co, Only to realise that the URL has been changed to https://kreatoco.wpcomstaging.com/

    I can’t get the old URL to remain in the address window, irrespective of which browser I use (always changes back to the staging URL)

    Please help me to reconnect to my custom domain

    Hi there!

    The Business plan and domain mapping for the site kreatoco.wpcomstaging.com expired, and that is why it keeps redirecting you to the free subdomain.

    You can either re-purchase the subscriptions and mapped kreato.co again, or we can revert your site to the state it was before you uploaded the first plugin to change the URL to kreatoco.wordpress.com. bear in mind that this will also remove any content added while the site was using plugins, so you’ll want to back it up before we proceed.
    Also, we’d need you to reach out from the account that owns the site in question (mdjornoris only an admin there).
