Your site https://skillselevate.com/ is up and running; idem dito your site lovelettersonaplate.com which redirects to https://mybeinginwords.com/.
It’s obvious those sites are connected to another account of yours.
To restore access to your other account, you can use the transaction ID at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/ -
Hello there,

@liesltest We wouldn’t close a site or account without a reason and I can see the site: https://skillselevate.com/ is running when I visit that site.Do you know which account you used to sign up with WordPress.com with to create that site?
Many thanks.

I read all these comments, but I still can’t log into WordPress. To add content on the back end. When I enter my details, I literally get a message from WordPress stating that the account has been closed.

Hi there,
Assuming you still have access to the email connected to the account, have you tried resetting the password?
If you don’t have access to your account or forgot the password, you can request a new password by entering your email address here:
http://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
Please carefully follow the instructions. You’ll receive an email during the reset process, so make sure that you read it for instructions. If you don’t receive the email right away, check your spam folder, as well, because the confirmation email can end up there.
Your account is definitely still up and running, so if you have the login credentials, you should be able to access the dashboard without issue.
If you remember neither the email nor the password, please fill out our account recovery form, we’ll see what we can do to assist you in regaining access to your account.
As @staartmees mentioned, you can use the transaction ID on your bank statement from when you purchase the upgrade to submit the account recovery form.
If you are unable to fill out the form, please contact our Account Recovery Team directly at
passwordhelp@wordpress.comPlease visit our support page for more information on recovering your account.
Thanks!
