Why didn't my domain renewal work?

    Hi! I let my domain expire and made a payment yesterday to renew the domain mapping. When I go to the url it still says the domain has recently been listed in the marketplace. I have an emailed receipt from WordPress for a $13 payment for domain mapping, Receipt ID: 15317923, PayPal Ref: 4RR0097798059841A. I thought the payment would restore the sits to its original domain. Would appreciate any help.
