Why didn't my Value Pack come with the domain?

    Hello,

    This is the 3rd time I have emailed about this issue. If this isn’t resolved, I’m just going to return the whole value pack.

    I bought the value pack, returned it without using the domain, and then repurchased it (long story, see other emails if you want to know the details). I went to add the subdomain (blog.joytours.com) and it says that I have to pay $13 for it! I already paid for it in the value pack. Please help? I really need to get this taken care of… like last week….

    This appears to have been glitch in our system.

    I have canceled and refunded the bundle. Would you please try purchasing it again?

    Thanks MacmanX. I’m still waiting on the refund to go through before I purchase it again. You were super quick to respond when I made this public, thank you! How long does it normally take for a response with a private question?

    We were in Amsterdam working to improve our support tools last week (as a globally distributed company, it’s necessary to meet in one place from time to time), so the replies to private requests may be a bit delayed. We’re working on catching up today.

    Thanks for your help. By chance, do you know when I should expect my account to reflect the cancellation and refund? I’d like to make sure that it goes through before I purchase the pack again.

    The refund left our account yesterday, but depending on your credit card provider, it may take them up to 10 days to show it on your statement.
