Why do I have a ban? I have no idea why or what I did to be banned. All I am trying to do is create a domain name.

What makes you think you are banned? I don’t see any sites in your account. To create a site, please go to this page and follow the steps there:
https://wordpress.com/start/site/
On the domain step, try just selecting a free domain instead of a custom domain. If you want a custom domain, you can always add it afterwards.
If you get stuck on a specific step or see a specific error message, please provide more details and I’m happy to look into it for you.

When I was trying to create a site, it said I had a “limit has been reached, 60 minute ban”, which I am very confused about what limit since this is my first time trying to make a blog.
Now, for the last 16 hours it has said “Sorry, there was a problem processing your request. Please try again in a few minutes.” when I am trying to create a site.
I don’t understand why this is being such a hassle. I haven’t even done anything except create a username, active my email, phone number, and all the other basic things that come with creating an account.

It sounds like your connection with our servers keeps timing out. If that happens too often in a short period of time our system can temporarily block your IP address in case it’s an attempted attack.
Please try clearing your browser cache and cookies and see if that makes any difference. If not, please try using a different browser or a different internet connection.
