why do i have a blogging site?

I created an account and i’d like to build my own site, perhaps get a preexisting these or plugin… However, When i created my WordPress account, i immediately received a blogging site which is not what i want… How do i remove this so that i have a blank page that i can design myself?

It was rather drastic to delete your site without experimenting first. A Blog is a Website and vice versa. It is just a matter of how you set your site up. If you don’t want to add regular posts you can just use static pages.

Note that you can’t install additional plugins to the pre-installed ones unless you upgrade to the Business plan.
