Why do my privacy settings not maintain private?

  Why do my privacy settings keep getting changed to public, when I’ve set them as private?

  When I initially created the site, I set the privacy settings to be private. However, when I’m on particular pages and I glance over at the privacy settings, it has my page listed as public. Need I change EVERY single page within the site to Private? I’d rather make the ENTIRE SITE Private so I don’t have to worry about anything going public.

  Please advise.

  Your entire blog is Private (via Settings -> Privacy in your Dashboard), so there’s no need to change each page and post to private too. That particular settings is designed if you have a blog that you want to keep public, but only want to hide a few posts or pages.
