why do photos I try and upload to post, not show up?

  Photo says 100% but doesnt upload to the post and I tried looking at forums but they talk of editing directory and I have no such options. Just basic wordpress app for android

  Can you show me the URL of a post where you are seeing this happen?

  Have you tried uploading directly from your media library:
