why do some subscribers not get our blog?

  several people have told me they have subscribed numerous times to our blog, but they have not recieved it when we post.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  Can you give me the usernames or email addresses of the subscribers who don’t receive updates when you post? I can use that to investigate why they aren’t receiving those updates. :)

  Hi there,

  You can enter the full email addresses here and our forums software will redact them so they aren’t visible to anyone but staff. :)

  oh! in that case, here are two from customers that have told me they’ve entered their email to subscribe numerous times and not been signed up:

  Hi Jenny,

  The first email address you mentioned ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) has a pending subscription to your site. That means they entered their email but didn’t click the link in the confirmation email to confirm their subscription. They may need to check their spam/junk folder to see if the confirmation email ended up there. They can also get more details at this link: https://subscribe.wordpress.com/

  The second email address ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) is subscribed to your site, but they’ve blocked all emails from WordPress.com. If they’d like to change that, they can also head to this page to manage that setting: https://subscribe.wordpress.com/
