why do you keep people's domain names?

  I changed my mind about WordPress and now it’s locked with Automattic. After cancelling even a couple days later it’s still unavailable. Why?

  Please don’t make multiple posts. Staff will respond to your first thread in due course as it has been tagged with modlook so bookmark https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/freeing-up-domain-name?replies=2 .They answer the oldest requests first and if you keep posting fresh threads you’ll push yourself further down the queue.
