Why does it stop working when I try to customize it?

Why it stop workin when I try to customize it?
The moment I try to start customizing it, clicking on the edit buttom or in the add a new page, it stops working. I have tries in different times of the day to chack if the internet was bad or too many people were trying to do this at the same time, but I got nothing!
