Why does my blog appear twice under my blogs?

My blog appears twice under my blogs – once as alliezog.wordpress.com and once as alliezog.com (I own the domain through Go Daddy.) Should I delete one? What is causing this?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

alliezog.wordpress.com is a WordPress.com site. alliezog.com is a Jetpack connected self-hosted WordPress.org site.
They are, in actuality, two completely different sites.

By that I mean, they are two separate sites located on different servers and locations on the internet. They are not the same site listed twice.
Does that make sense?

Yes thanks. At some point I purchased the self-hosted option and attempted to move my blog over but then i decided against it and thought I moved it back. Will deleting the self-hosted one affect the other one at all? Every time I publish or edit anything it appears to mirror on both sites. Also, will I be able to still have my wordpress.com blog appear at alliezog.com, which I’ve always owned separately through Go Daddy and where it used to point?

You can disconnect your jetpack connected blog using these instructions. That should solve the issue:
