Why does my domain name have dot written out?

    I just purchased a domain which I believed was going to show as moraima.info but is is showing as moraimadotinfo.com. why? this is hideous. Can this be changed?

    I have refunded your purchase.

    It looks like moraima is available to be registered. Simply log into your WordPress.com site’s dashboard, click on Store–>Domains, enter moraima in the “add a domain” box and click the “add domain” button. Then simply follow the instructions that appear to register your domain.
