Why does my Edit Page open in the Text Editor?

  Every time I open a page to edit it, the Edit Page screen opens in the Text Editor, not the Visual Editor. And it opens without the “Kitchen sink” editing tools. I have to click the Visual Editor and the Kitchen Sink icon every time. When I save my edits (Update) the same thing happens — it goes back to the Text editor. How can I get it to open in the Visual Editor?

  One of the most common reasons is because you’ve recently edited and saved something while in the Text Editor tab.
