Why does my nameservers continue to revert back to ns1.wordpress.org?

    I am trying to host my blog on another host but maintain my domain on wordpress ie americanahblog.com.

    I need to change the DNS records to
    Nameserver 1: ns25.doveserver.com (69.16.244.52)
    Nameserver 2: ns26.doveserver.com (69.16.244.53)

    Anytime I do this, I notice that after a few hours, the DNS reverts to the default DNS for wordpress.

    I urgently need to setup my wordpress blog on another host. Kindly assist.

    Hi there!

    I just checked your DNS settings in our system and they’re currently set to doveserver.com.

    I’ll check back in a little bit to see if they’ve changed themselves back.

    Domain changes usually take several hours to fully take effect (and theoretically can take up to 72 hours). I’d recommend checking back in a few more hours.

    If it’s still not working 24 hours from now, simply reply back and let me know. I’m happy to investigate further.
