Why does my response to changing my theme come up What if? NOT FOUND

  when I try to change my free theme to another free theme it says ‘not found’ I highlighted desktop..I’m using my laptop is that an issue..Yesterday when I got my website Angelintown.wordpress.com and created a blog named whatif? i even posted a comment to one of the other Bloggers comments..User Name is angelgirlintown. What am I doing wrong?

  Are you in the UK? If so, that’s the issue. Your ISP is blocking WordPress.com. Tell them not to.

  No, I am in usa..thanks for your response any other ideas?
