Why does my site have a "redirect loop"?
-
I bought my domain with GoDaddy. Then changed the DNS to NS1.Wordpress.com etc., but now my site doesn’t appear when I type in my domain as, apparently, it now has an “redirect loop” – I don’t know what to with it!

Hi there!
This can happen shortly after you update your name servers. Because of the way DNS entries are updated, it can take several hours for the DNS update to be fully propagated. Hitting on of the old entries before this process have completely finish can cause these redirect loops.
Let me know if your domain still isn’t working in a few hours and I’ll be more than happy to look into it!

Hey!
Thanks for your really speedy response.
Unfortunately, it’s not a “time thing” – I changed the nameservers two weeks ago, so don’t think waiting a few hours more hours now will do anything.
Can you suggest anything else it may be? :-)

Interesting! I’m currently not seeing a redirect error. Can you try clearing your cache and cookies and visit your site again?
I just checked out your DNS settings also, and everything seems to be in working order:

Let me know if clearing your cache doesn’t help and I’ll be happy to look into this further!
