Why does my ubscribe widget displays my email address instead of "Email Address"

  For some reason the Jetpack Subscribe widget is displaying my Admin email address instead of the default “Enter Email” slug or whatever the slug is. How can I fix this so it does not display my email address?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It automatically fills in the e-mail address of the user that’s logged in. Your visitors won’t see this.
