Why does one WP blogger leaving a comment on another WP blog get dropped?

    Twice now I have been notified by another WP blogger that when she tries to leave comments on my blog, she gets ‘dropped’. Her comments do make it to me for moderation, but she does not recieve any confirmation or warning that it’s gone to moderation. I have had this happen to me as well when leaving a comment on another WP blog just this week.

    Why is this happening?
