Why does WP say my email address is already in use when it isn't?

Trying to change my email address to our info@ but WordPress keeps giving me a message that it’s already in use which it certainly isn’t by us. When I search WP for this email address it isn’t found. It will let me change to other addresses, why not this one? I’m using Yoko theme which has a gmail address at present. Any ideas why this issue might be arising?

Cheers – the email address it keeps telling me is already in use and won’t apply is (email visible only to moderators and staff). The address I’m using just now is (email visible only to moderators and staff)
