Why doesn't my domain mapping disconnect, although I cancelled it?

I cancelled my domain mapping, but it still won’t let go of the url. I have http://www.lovedrives.com owned on GoDaddy.com. I also have http://www.lovedrives2010.wordpress.com with my free blog. I cancelled the domain mapping for lovedrives.com because I chose to install WordPress.org through my GoDaddy hosting plan.

As per lovedrives2010.wordpress.com dashboard, there is no trace of the lovedrives.com domain mapping. But I installed WordPress.org to lovedrives.com (also, I have confirmation that the WordPress installation is complete, as per GoDaddy sending me a message that my site is ready for editing) But I get an error when I go to visit the new lovedrives.com

I keep seeing this error: “Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please log in and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain.” Please help!

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The nameservers of your domain still point to WordPress.com.

To point the domain you registered at WordPress.com to another server (hosting service), please follow the instructions here:
    http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/change-name-servers/#changing-domain-name-servers

Note you will need to obtain the name server values from your current host. You should be able to find them on their support documentation, or contact them and ask for the information. (Name servers may be referred as “nameservers” or “NS records” instead.)

Hope this helps – let us know if you have any more questions!
