Why doesn't my site show up on a Google search?

    When I first built this site, I was number 2 on Google when typing in “Tony Donovan Photography.” Now I can’t even find myself. I know it is up to the search engine to rank the post, but I don’t understand why it is not showing up at all. Can you help?

    Hi there,

    I checked your site and I see it’s indexed in Google. You can check this with a Google site search by entering “site:tonydonovanphotography.com” into Google, like this:

    https://www.google.com/search?q=site%3Atonydonovanphotography.com

    So your site is in Google, but for some reason it isn’t ranking at the top for the search “Tony Donovan Photography.” That’s up to Google, but you can try to investigate by using Google’s Webmaster Tools. Those tools can give you more information about what Google sees when it looks at your site. We have a guide for adding those tools to your site here: Webmaster Tools
