Why doesn't the format (spacing) of my post content save properly?

I use the Adventure Journal Theme. I have been experimenting with the spacing of my last few posts (for example, using double spaces around pictures and headings). Unfortunately, when I save changes or update my posts, all of the space formating shows up on my blog, but does not save. It has been very frustrating when I need to make a quick edit to a post, but need to reformat all of the spacing again. Any suggestions or help would be much appreciated.

Do you have the same issue if you use the HTML editor tab exclusively and avoid switching back to the Visual editor tab?
