Why doesn't the Transfer Domain option appear for me?

  I am trying to move my domain name to another name host. I am following your guide to transferring a domain, but when I “Click on Edit Domain to open the domain management screen” there is not the option for “Transfer Domain on the left.”
  I can see Email and Edit DNS but no option for Transfer Domain. Please help!

  morecambehockey.com isn’t registered here, it is just mapped to WordPress.com. WHOIS data shows http://www.domainbox.com as your registrar:
