Why doesn’t WordPress have a Customer Service/Technical Support team?

  I’m trying to contact WordPress about my website – why can’t you contact anyone at WordPress?

  Correct account: Yes

  Actually staff or not?

  I want to speak to someone and not have my details, questions and comments posted online when discussing issues around my site – that shows a lack of security don’t you think…..

  I just want to lift my site away from WordPress due to their over pricing and appalling support and help!!

  Why can’t I export my site completely and only allowed parts of it?
