Why embed content poops up as plain text?

Hello, i got a problem in adding Embed content – in particullary Pokerhandreplays.com embed code. It either does not show at all or show as text (HTML or something i guess) when i do copy paste from the site.I saw it working on http://isidoromartinezprieto.wordpress.com/ but the guy seems inactive for a quite some time and FAQ / Embed article on the right does not seem to help me…

Can you paste the embed code you are trying to use into a reply here?
Click the “code” button, paste your code, then click the “code” button again.
That will help me troubleshoot.

Basicly, i can’t get any embed code from Pokerhandreplays.com and it just show up as it is (same way as this text) on my blog.

I’m sorry, but that embed code will not work because we do not allow certain tags on WordPress.com for security reasons, including JavaScript, Flash, iframe, form, and input tags. These restrictions are in place to prevent any disruptions in service due to potentially malicious code.

This guy seem inactive for 3 years, but since he put it on blog, i could do the same, right?

It looks like that site is using the gigya shortcode:
