Why has 'customize' and 'active preview' stopped working?

  Customiser and Active preview both stall at the “loading design tools” page.

  Hi there, were you able to get this sorted out? I was able to load the customizer on your site in Safari and Firefox.

  Just let me know if you’re still having trouble. If you are, could you please try another browser like Firefox or Chrome, to rule out a Safari-specific issue? Thanks.
