Why has my WP app stopped working?

  In the middle of uploading some photos yesterday my blog app seems to have crashed. I’ve tried turning my phone off and then on, closing all open windows, etc., but all I get upon opening my app is a blank white screen. I know my posts are still there because I continue to receive notifications that I can read at the WordPress website. If I delete the app and reinstall will I lose all of my stuff? I really like my stuff.

  Hi there,

  I’m sorry for the trouble! The only content you’d lose by deleting the app are draft posts or pages that were saved in the app but not yet uploaded or published to your site. (Anything that you or other people can see when they visit your site at http://nananoyz5forme.com/ is already published on your site and will be fine even if you delete the app.)

  You can confirm what’s saved on your site (not just in the app) by heading to your dashboard in a web browser:

  https://nananoyz5forme.wordpress.com/wp-admin/

  All the content there is safe even if you delete the app and reinstall it.
