Why has no one responded to my previous request?

I applied for a refund for video press. I noticed I was erroneously signed up for it twice. I did not apply twice nor for more than one domain. I never received a refund or credit to my account. Nor did I receive an acknowledgment of receipt of this request by WordPress. Please respond by remitting the 59.97 to my bank account.
Likewise,I purchased a premium theme–Pretty Young Thing– and was dissatisfied with the product. The features I was able to display on screen varied significantly from the sample represented in the Theme Gallery. I paid $75.00 and have also written before requesting same. Please respond as soon as possible.

I can’t find any request for your VideoPress refund. Which email address did you send it from?
As for your premium theme, we received an email from you titled “How do I get refund on premium theme?” on July 6th and replied 5 hours later explaining as asking if you would like to.
Unfortunately, we received no response from you and the theme is now past the refund period.
