Why hasn't my domain renewal been applied to my blog yet?

  I was charged for a blog upgrade, but it has not been applied to my account. There was an error (it was sending the payment, a loading icon appeared, then my browser went to a generic error page that said something about it “probably being Matt’s fault”) when the payment was being sent through, but apparently the payment did go through– I just didn’t get my upgrade. Where’s my upgrade? The upgrade was a domain renewal, and I need it within six-days to keep my domain from expiring.

  There are a lot of domain and upgrade problems being reported right now. I flagged this for staff attention.
