Why have I not received my domain yet?

    I purchased premium a few days ago, but I still do not have my domain name. When I search for the domain on your pages, I get notice that it is available. I received a receipt from you; #6764859.
    What went wrong?

    Hi May,

    You can register your new domain name from the Domains page here:

    http://wordpress.com/domains/

    Your WordPress.com Premium plan includes a free domain credit, so you’ll be able to register that new domain name for free. Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)
