Why haven't I gotten a full refund?

I tried out your platform and I did not fit my needs. I cancelled my services before the 30 day mark. However, I have only received $9.88 of my $71.88 in total.

There was a glitch on our end that prevented the entire refund amount from processing – we apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused.
I have processed the refund for the remaining amount and you should see it reflect on your bank statement within 5-7 business days.
