Why haven't I received a confirmation email for premium theme refund?

I have requested a refund for both my premium themes, but the emails to confirm have not appeared in my Inbox (or Spam folder).

I’ve cancelled the two themes as requested, and issued refunds for both. It can take 1-2 weeks for a refund to be reflected on your account.
