  I posted a private support ticket almost 24 hours ago and still do not have a response, please help me…

  It looks like Dustin responded to your ticket a few hours ago. We work through tickets from oldest to newest. Sometimes when there’s a backlog it can take us a little while to respond, however we will respond.

  I know it can be frustrating waiting, but submitting several support requests in a short period of time can make it harder for us to help you quickly and efficiently.
