Why I can't add a user (though the invitation has been accepted)?

  My invitation as a contributor has been accepted but he doesn’t appear as a user.

  Some of the users you invited are still pending/waiting over here. Click the ‘Resend’ link next to their username ro resend the invitation. Otherwise let us know the username you were referring to.
