Why I can't upgrade Jetpack 3.3 and manage my account?

  I’d like to know why i can’t upgrade Jetpack 3.3 and can’t see any plugins on my dashboard? I downloaded jetpack on my computer but i can’t use it. If you can’t solve my problem please, delete my blog packingaftersunset.wordpress.com.pl and my account on wordpress, thanks

  Jetpack is for connecting self-hosted WordPress sites to the services offered through the Jetpack/WordPress.com connection. Jetpack does require a WordPress.com account for connection, but you wouldn’t install Jetpack on a WordPress.com site.

  Do you have your own self-hosted WordPress site that you are trying to connect to Jetpack?
