Why I have a refund problem

j’ai fais ma demande de remboursement et après avoir confirmer l’annulation par mail j’ai un message
“L’extension n’a pas été annulée et remboursée. Il y a eu un problème avec le remboursement de votre paiement. Veuillez contacter le support.”Etant donné que vous le proposez sous 30j, merci de m’éclairer sur le remboursement

I make my refund request and after I confirmed the cancellation by e-mail I have an error message
“The extension has not been canceled and refunded. There was a problem with the refund of your payment. Please contact the support.”Need help to be refund under 30days

It looks like a refund has been processed for this transaction. I will assume that the issue is resolved unless I hear otherwise from you.

I think that was the error.
In any case, I’m seeing a refund for the non-domain portion of a WordPress.com Premium upgrade. Was that the refund you were asking about?

I was asking for a 65€ refund. Finally I just want to use the free version and not the premium of wordpress

That is the one that I am seeing refunded. No sure why you got the error message, but things look normal from my end. I think you are good to go.
