why iam not able to see my site url and home url in my wordpress?

  I want to convert my site into secured site and iam not finding my dite url and home url options in my wordpress. It seems that my wordpress is intalled in my cpanel. Can anyone guide with the resolution?

  Your site is not hosted here with us, but I’d recommend asking your host to help you get SSL installed, then use one of these options to update your URL:
  https://wordpress.org/support/article/changing-the-site-url/
