Why is a weird tag appearing on my posts in the Reader?

  In the reader, my posts keep coming up with the tag “Mizuno Womens Wave Lightning 7 Volleyball Shoe Whiteblack 6 M Us” added. Where is this coming from? How can I delete it?

  It has appeared on my last several posts:

  I am confused, because it is only appearing as a tag in the reader, and not on the actual posts.
