Why is email address change still pending after 2 weeks?

My email address change is still pending after almost two weeks. It has been confirmed, it’s just been in this pending state when I login for way too long. Is there something wrong?

When you request an email address change, a confirmation email is sent to the new address. You need to click the link in that email to confirm the change. We have more information about changing your email address here: E-mail Address
You mentioned that you confirmed the change, so the new email address should be confirmed in your account. Since it isn’t, I am sending an email to the new email address to confirm the change. Please reply to that email and I can update the email address in your account. If you don’t receive that email from me, please let me know here. Thanks!
