Why is Hemingway Rewritten cutting off my header image?

Hemingway Rewritten theme is cutting/over-cropping off the header of the banner I made, rather than displaying it in its entirety. This is strange because it measures exactly the amount of pixels recommended by the theme for the header, which supposedly should leave it “as is”.

I suggest you optimize the banner for the web and then re-upload it. It’s too big, it has too high a resolution, and it’s interfering with the way the blog loads. Make it 72dpi. This won’t help your existing issue, but it will help your blog.

Thanks, I’ll do that. In terms of my issue, I have a sub-domain of wordpress which works, forgingarmour.wordpress.com, however my own domain’s menu is much thicker and I believe that may be the issue. Anything you could think of to fix that?

I cannot help you with http://forgingarmour.com/ as it is not a WordPress.com blog hosted here.
