Why is it my readers can not "like" on facebook

Hi I have posted two blogs to my new blog. But when readers go in there is no option to “like” or “comment”. So I have had 28 viewers but no comments or likes. A few have gone manually into my face book and commented they like the blog through there.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Can you tell me a little bit more about the problem you’re having? Is it that users can’t give your post a Facebook like from the post itself? Or that the Like button isn’t appearing on your shared post on Facebook?

If you read the blog, at the bottom there is no option to click like. As in all the other Blogs I have read. So I have had 28 people read the blog , but no one has been able to like. I am talking about visitors to the site. It basically looks like no one has read it and no one likes it but that is not true. The icons are not there at the end of each blog.

Thanks for clarifying! You can turn on the sharing and like buttons on your front page through Settings > Sharing. Scroll down to the setting “Show buttons on”:
Check the first box for “Front Page, Archive Pages, and Search Results” and save your changes.
