Why is it so difficult to actually get some support here?????

  This is rubbish – you have charged me $30 for a service and then not provided it and now provide no means to contact someone directly to arrange either a refund or that the service gets activated – I am extremely unhappy with this.

  I ordered a custom design upgrade option so that I could individualise my blog – I went through paypal – paypal have charged me $30 but your servers are not showing this service as active – why is it impossible to contact someone to either get a refund issued or alternatively get this upgrade activated.

  At this stage, I am seriously questioning whether it is worth my while using WordPress to host my blog – it shouldn’t be this difficult
