why is it so hard to get intouch with your theme owner!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I have been trying to get in touch with theme owner (ListingPro) because of glitches errors that needs to be fixed through the scripting and noone has responded to my emails, why is it so hard to get in touch, when they supposedely give “6 months” support. I have so much work to do and this is stagnating my procces, I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING! through wordpress through their direct website, communication is absolute shyt, they sent me an email to fillout out a form with my ftp details and wordpress details, 2 days ago, nothing has changed, and the ftp details only lasts for 48 hours…

    We can’t help with third party plugins and themes. Only the developer of that theme can help you.
