Why is it taking so long for my video to process? It's been over an hour.

  I uploaded my video over an hour ago, and it’s still processing. It never takes this long, so I’m thinking something must be wrong.

  Howdy,

  Sometimes it can take a little while, depending on a number of factors, including video size and connection speed.

  Keep in mind that your video is being transcoded in a number of different formats, and delivered to multiple servers around the world! :-)

  Let us know if it doesn’t finish in a few more hours, and we’ll gladly take a look.
