Why is my blog automatically reposting my posts?

Randomly a post I’ve published will be REPOSTED on my site with the words – “new post today” I can’t find what is automatically generating this, and it’s irritating my subscribers. I keep trashing them because I don’t want people to see them since it’s only the link, not the photo or the article. It links them back to the original post. I’ve searched for an answer and can’t find one. Thank you!

Some thoughts:
1. You’re receiving your new posts via email, which may then be forwarded to your Post by Email Address.
2. You’re using http://hootsuite.com/ which is reposing your published posts as found when publicized to your Twitter or Facebook feed.
If neither sound right, would you please leave the next duplicate as-is, so we can take a look?

Great – I’ve checked on both your suggestions. So we’ll see what happens. I have left one up that was auto generated, in case these suggestions don’t fix it. Thank you!

No I didn’t remove it.
It seems to have stopped, so I think it was the way I set up Hootsuite. I’ll let you know if it happens again – thank you!
