Why is my domain different?

    I don’t understand why when I come here ist says that my domain is, ‘http://box2389.temp.domains/~karenlu1/’ when it is actually ‘karenluna.com’. Do you know how I can fix this?

    Hi there,

    The url box0000.temp.domains/~username/ is a web address structure related to self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) sites hosted on Bluehost Web Hosting, and not a site hosted on our WordPress.com service.

    To clarify, we are not the only providers of WordPress sites, and Bluehost also happens to offer WordPress sites, but they use a different version of the platform than what we use here. Because of this we are not able to help with your issue as it lies outside of our system. See http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ for more info.

    You may wish to contact your host’s support team for more assistance, as they would be in the best position to help with your URL question.
