Why is my domain hosted by Wild West Domains, why is it not working?

  I purchased my blog domain name through WordPress. but now it is not working. it says i have issues with the nameservers but i do not have an account with the host.

  So confused :(

  Hi there,

  I’m sorry for the confusion. You purchased the domain allanahhopemorrill.com with your WordPress.com Premium free trial, but when you cancelled the Premium trial you also cancelled the domain allanahhopemorrill.com so you don’t own that domain anymore.

  When you purchased it again later, you only purchased domain mapping for allanahhopemorrill.com — that’s because the domain wasn’t available to register anymore. Domain mapping only works if you still own the domain itself.

  I just cancelled your domain mapping subscription, since it doesn’t work if you don’t own the domain, and added £11 credit to your account that you can use toward any WordPress.com upgrade (including a new domain) if you want. You can continue using your site’s free address here:
